NE1 else get their radiator charge letter in the mail?
Got some letter in the mail stating that they overcharged for some better radiator in the NX that was supposed to be standard, not an upcharge. Anyone else get this? I see NOTHING of it on the internets.

They got.. They who? They sold you a car? You signed papers? The deal is DONE AND OVER. They can't possibly retro you for THEIR slip and, anyway, what DF is a better radiator?

We received a letter and a $200 debit card from Lexus for our 2018 ES300h Ultra Luxury having an error
on the window sticker describing the Ultra Lux package as including a Panorama Roof. The UL package
does include the roof on a ES350 but it never has been available on the hybrid. The package price shown was
lower than the package price on a 350 but they sent a new window sticker with the revised content (and the
same MSRP) with the letter.
We previously had a 2014 ES300h Luxury and knew the Pano Roof was N/A.

It was saying that Im owed the difference because they charged us for a better radiator but that they shouldn't have because it was actually supposed to be standard, so were getting money back

I received a letter stating the same and a $160 debit card from Lexus. Good for Lexus (and for me).
