For 2016 NX200 Fsport package 1, does the control key have backlighting? like the AC, temperature control keys in the center console? Right now they don't have any backlight at all, not even for the emergency button. I couldn't find any options or key to turn them on, the dashboard brightness control only changes the dashboard lighting?
Does anyone have any ideas?

did they always turn on or did it just stop lighting up? everything should have backlight including the clock and trackpad.

 

Only buttons without back light are the seat settings buttons. Rest should all have back lighting.
