Hi everyone, I just bought a 2017 NX. I play music using Bluetooth audio and an iPhone Not all album art on the phone matches on the navigation screen. However, the navigation screen does show a picture of the artist. How does Lexus choose the album art? Thank you

The system is limited when on BT mode. The art from your phone does not get transmitted. The car will drag information from Gracenote and the Gracenote service is very outdated. Most of the time, they'll show an image of the genre of music and won't even display the artist or album art at all. The way I get my iPhone's album art is when it is plugged in through lightning. In the settings of the car, turn off cover art from Gracenote for USB or iPhone, this will make it that the car will take the album art from your phone while plugged in.
