Default Tize size: 245 at the front and 275 at the rear

Hi, just wondering, any problems if i use that for 20 inch wheels? my car is lexus nx200t fwd

Depends your rim specs and tire profile. If close to my summer set, 265/35/22 all around on 22x9 +38, your setup should be fine.

If the tires you listed are the same diameter and only different widths, you should be ok. If the diameter is different, it could cause issues with the antilock brakes, antiskid and other systems.

These sizes are meant for a RWD suv, not for a FWD.

Get something where it's squared, same for front AND back like echo mentioned above.
Get the 245/45/20 front and back. It's oem like a venza.

275/55 is way too large in diameter. 55-series is a typo? Expecting 40. A 10" wheel at back will be tight with a low offset (too much poke and hit the fender) or a higher offset can rub inner suspension. Perhaps a +40 might work and if it does it's by 1-2 mm...
