Driving modes - Eco, Normal and Sport
Not sure if this was covered before, if it was, mods, please feel free to delete this post.
What are all the differences between all the different driving modes? My guess is that computer has three different maps for each mode, but what is mapped out is not clearly defined. Any moders on here who might have done some research?
I recall reading somewhere that in Eco, something happens with the AC, but am curious about all the details. Got to tell you, Sport mode is my favorite

As far as I know... Eco mode, the throttle response is a rising curve. Meaning, it opens very slowly at the first 1/3 of pedal travel, as opposed to the last 1/3 where it opens rather rapidly.
Normal mode, the response becomes linear, and or course in sport mode, it opens up very rapidly in the first bit of travel. My car has a fourth mode, Sport S+, where it retains the throttle response of Sport mode, but it tightens up the suspension settings as well.
Also, in sport mode (as well as sport s+) the steering assist is much reduced.
Not sure about the aircon though...
