Yes, but my dealer told me it was included. After they installed the hitch and we both discovered the wiring was not part of the package they quoted more like $900 for the wiring and didn't want to install it. I told them to take the hitch off. Instead they paid for wiring to be installed at a local trailer shop. Both the hitch and the wiring are way over priced. Look to see if you have a Rack N Road close by or something like it. Way cheaper.
