Does anyone know or have a guide on how to remove the shift ****?

Not sure why you'd want to... but in the grand scheme of useless changes, I don't hate that one as much as some...

I’ve driven some Volvos and a BMW X5M and they had crystal shift *****. I think it’s a nice touch

Just unscrew it. It’s a normal screw. I just tried with mine. It feels like it’s not budging but just a tad of force it’s a screw that’s smooth to come out.
