It’s been three days since I’ve taken delivery of my 350h and I am loving it so much! Everything (including the wireless charger) has been working well overall. Today I went to adjust the bass, mid, and treble for the ML speakers - I noticed each time I got back in the car, the settings were not where I placed them (I’m an audiophile so I could tell). Has anyone come across this? Am I doing something wrong? I don’t see a ‘save’ button anywhere, but maybe I’m missing it?
I noticed that also. The problem seems to be the sound equalizer actually has "detents" even though the sliding bar (treble/mid/bass) makes it look like it is infinitely adjustable. In my experience, I need to place the setting on one of the detents in order to save. If I set it between the detents, it will not save. Lexus needs to place detent marks on treble/mid/bass, like on the fade and balance settings. Maybe in the next software update. Not holding my breath for that haha!
One more thing - Each audio source will have its own sound settings.

Thanks for the response! Well, that is non-sensical - there’s only three detents! I sure do hope Lexus addresses this. I checked this morning when I got in the car and the settings were placed closer to where I set them yesterday. I’ll just leave them be.
Do you have a user profile saved? Is your profile loading when you get in the car? Multiple settings are saved as part of the user profile. I believe that includes audio settings.

Nope. Only one profile. The issue has seemed to resolve itself (for now). I’ve noticed the last couple of times I’ve turned on the car that the settings have remained in place. Thanks for your response!
