First ding on the new car. Suggestion needed Thanks
My new nx350h got the first ding in the public parking. The paint seems ok. Any easy solution that I can hide or remove the ding instead of PDR? I know this is minor but the car is new.

The biggest issue with that type of dent, rather than the scratch, is that it's pretty much impossible to hide. It doesn't look like there is damage to the actual paint, but the issue is the smoothness - when you look at the dent off-angle, you will see it, as it will change the reflection, and it will be there. You could put a sticker or decal of sorts on it, but it will not look good. Unfortunately, PDR is really the only way to go.

The more shine you give that the more it will stand out. PDR tech will take that out 99%, I park far away from other cars walking is good for you.

Similar to sticker, you could put a magnet on it.
Maybe even a magnet shaped like a band aid.

Any chance it's in line with where the body side moldings would go? If it's close, (or in-line), the body shop might be able to cover it with those.
I had my dad do that on his RAV4, especially after the bodyshop said it was going to be tough to perfectly match the blizzard pearl white paint. It worked perfectly for him, and only cost $200, vs the $900 to repaint.

Body Side Molding ?
If you have to do public parking and the other cars are close then sometimes body side molding is the answer. Lexus body side molding looks better than most and can be added at Lexus dealer relatively inexpensive
YMMV,

BSM looks good on your NX, (above) and will protect it for the most part.
