NX 2nd gen owners -- would you do it again?
Absolutely. There are nagging Bluetooth, profile, etc. issues, but it’s getting better with updates. The wireless charger is an issue for many, including me, especially with a case and/or a camera bump. Doubt there will be a fix for that. It’s the first year for a 2nd gen, so there will be some issues, but overall it’s great.
@Peterun First, I am glad that your second 450h+ is problem-free; that is great
To OP @anoop I am a car nut and I thoroughly research cars. I have been trying to buy an NX since December 2019. I am very picky about colors and options. My first Lexus dealer canceled my order after 4 months, my second dealer contacted me last week and I am allocated a specific car. I am getting a fully loaded ( actually EVERY option except power-folding and heated rears seats which haven't been included on any NX) at a cost of $56K. The color is Redline with a Palomino interior.
@Peterun But you said you could tell no difference between stock radio and ML ...so why get ML As a true audiophile I had to have the ML; the main reason I am getting 350h ( yes, I finally got allocated after my first Lexus dealer canceled my order after 4 months). To
The 450h+ is awesome and I WOULD have purchased it except for the features that it lacks and the fact it only gets 36 mpg non EV:
Features available on 350h and not available on 450h+:
#1 Digital rearview mirror
#2. Power back seats
#3. Heated back seats
#4. Pano roof
#5. ML audio system
#6. Advanced parking
#7. Leather seats (only Nuluxe with F-Sport)
#8. Cold Area package
The 2nd generation NX ( 2022 and newer) has to be Lexus's best car yet, even exceeding the ES.
Peace to All
YMMV,

I’m pretty disappointed with the wireless charging, ambient lighting, automatic parking (not sure what it’s called), and how the lock button works about 50% of the time when closing the hatch. Other than those minor issues, I really do love my NX 350h but will most likely trade in two years and upgrade to the new RX.
I am very happy with mine. Is perfect for me as a moderate to light footed driver. Getting a smooth, stable quiet ride and averaging 43.5 mpg since I got it new. Would buy it again for sure but with heads up display
Given the wait (and I still don't have the car yet), I don't know if I would want to do this again. Let's hope that the moment I get the car would prove to me that this is all worth it.
When I put my deposit in August 2021, I was told expect Feb 2022. When the order was confirmed in early Nov 2021, I was told Feb-May 2022. When I checked in Feb 2022, the answer became "Not sure". The recent updates are "we will update you when we get an update".
Interesting. My local dealer won’t take a deposit on a car unless it’s been allocated. Is that the same at your dealer or did they just take a deposit so you have first dibs on it when they get an allocation? Did you agree on price?
It's the latter where I get first dibs when they have the allocation. The order was submitted to Lexus a long time ago. Price was confirmed, but not the financing. Things work differently here in Canada I suppose.
Just kidding.
I just love my NX450h. As many of you know, this is my second one. The first one was lemonized by Lexus. This one is the very best car I’ve ever had. It does everything exceedingly well, minus the occasional Bluetooth glitch which is easily corrected by rebooting the electronics.
