Lowest rates for new car refinance.?

Anyone familiar with the lowest recent 'new car' rates from banks or credit unions? Seems most companies are ticking 3%+ on 4 and 5 year terms.

My credit union claims to be offering 2.11% on a five year new car loan. I'll know for sure in a couple of days when I'm supposed to do the paperwork for my NX.

Here in central Illinois we got 1.99% for 6 years at the end of April.
