Default MSRP discrepancy

Hopefully somebody can help answer this question-is the 350h actually less MSRP than the regular 350? The dealer says the 350h MSRP is about 3k more, but on Lexus build site and everywhere else, it shows the 350h actually coming in $500 less MSRP??? Your feedback would be helpful.

The 350 is actually more expensive than the 350h since it has a different engine. Lexus website has all the prices! I wouldn’t go to that dealer again. I ordered my NX 350h a month ago and it was cheaper than the NX350.

Is that a dealer price adjustment? If so, it's a mark-up.
