@NX450h I agree small changes fixed. The problem with profiles/apps/smart keys/memory NOT FIXED - That is the current BIG issue, Lexus doesn't have a cat herder solution yet.

P.S. - Tesla is a software company and thinks and implements like a software company. Lexus is a customer oriented car company and not a software company; completely different update philosophy

This is very true, and is why Tesla has made so much faster progress than the traditional oems. That said the latest Tesla UI changes have annoyed a lot of users. I would rather Lexus (and Tesla, I’m an early investor) focus on fixing the low level bugs you mention than messing with the UI.

I called Lexus support yesterday asking about my Lexus app on my Android phone. Some of the features were no longer showing up. They said they were having trouble with the app in their system and to give it a few days (nice way of blowing me off). I still have the old app and like I said, it is missing some features that it use to have (such as showing me my ECO History (MPG), etc.

There is another thread about the software update that should help you. Find that thread and browse it for help. I assume you want the update for your car? You will need to do this in your car not through the app.

The update wasn't available to me yesterday but I tried again today (a few minutes ago) and it popped up and said Update Available. I was connected to my home wifi and the download was fairly fast. Installation took some time but it updated.
I called Lexus support yesterday asking about my Lexus app on my Android phone. Some of the features were no longer showing up. I have a NX 450 h+. I checked for an update with the car (System tab on menu, software update) and it was available. Downloaded over Wi-Fi pretty quickly and took about 10 minutes to install. The Lexus app and the Lexus Drivers website did not indicate that an update was available.

prior to the update. My profile would not load snd default to guest profile when using the IPhone remote connect to start my NX. The update appears to have corrected that.

Picked up the car Monday and had the prompt for the update last night.
Like others, it took about 3 minutes to download and about 10 minutes to update.
I guess even with a new car delivery the dealers do not push the latest software before delivering the car to the customer.....

Over here (France), the update has two very unpleasant side effects :
(Me, I 'm still waiting for my car...250+ days and counting)
- It seems it erases every personal setup and sats langage to English
- The Hey Lexus voice command is "lost in translation".For example it turns off external cameras when you ask her to access parameters...
