Profile not loaded
The frustrating thing is the car itself is a brilliant piece of work mechanically, comfortable, very positive steering and a very responsive drive even when only in electric mode. And we are getting the full 45 miles electric range out of it in suburban/rural mix (less with Highway driving but that's to be expected).
One very simple change in their software would make a massive change: allow both keys to be linked to the same profile. Then my wife and I could have the same favourite locations list and two different seat positions using the buttons in the drivers door. But no they only allow one key to be linked to each profile.
Whoever specified the software didn't understand 'use cases' and whoever then designed it seemingly didn't understand beta testing.

I don't know how long you've had the car, but they took away my favorite app feature, being able to temporarily override the next charge schedule from the app, I still have an older app version on my tablet to use it. Works flawlessly, but they removed it for some reason, no idea if it is ever coming back.
23 days and counting. Over here in the UK 30 days is usually taken as the deadline to report faults so severe that you can demand your money back. And for nearly $80k guess what we're contemplating (but we'd miss the good bits)
I'm not sure if this is related or off-topic. My profile loads, but seat/steering wheel memory is not retained.
If I exit the vehicle and get back in fairly quickly, everything moves to the proper position. If I have been away for any length of time, the seat and steering wheel do not move back into position. If I press "1" on the seat memory buttons, the steering wheel moves into position, but the seat still does not. I have to slide the seat forward and resave memory "1." Any thoughts?

The reason this happens is that there are "limit switches" inside - they tell the system the absolute lowest and highest value of the location, and moving it back and forth sets the limits. I do not believe you have to go through the lumbar support however.
With one minor correction - you have to move the seat all the way forward, all the way back, and recline it forward and back as well too - I had missed that step, and it would not work, so remember to go through every maximum and minimum setting of every adjustment.

Well after weeks of experimenting I can't get the position where we have two profiles reliably linked to the right keys and where at least one can set the remote climate control.
But something interesting. After loading the latest software update it appears we can now link both keys to the same lead profile (and have two seat settings for that). That's probably a best way forward anyway. The two profiles system meant we couldn't use the App to see all our journeys but with one profile we can.

The cost is having to select your seat position... Which is the same as you had to do on older Lexus ( and I'm doing today anyway in case the car thinks in my wife and tries to crush me), you have to share radio favorites, and (this one is why we're on 2 profiles) I like the 360 camera to come on automatically at low speed, my wife likes it manually... And that setting is tied to profiles. Oh, and the car greets you, but you could use a joint name if you care.
I think the only things of value you lose having just one profile/two users are
- steering column position set to user preference - I'll just live with how my wife likes it
- radio station list that each likes - well we hardly use the radio anyway
The same issue here wiht 350 F Sport.
My android phone very often does not connect to android auto. I have to turn off the car, open the door, close the door start the car and at that time the profile and the phone are OK. I also get Subscritpion required, Connection timeout and so on.
Hope Lexus will fix this soon.

Good morning,
We took delivery of our NX350h about 6 weeks ago. Love the car but not the infotainment system. We’ve been getting “Profile not loaded” messages randomly since new. Also getting message “Wireless connection failed” not necessarily at the same time. We’ve had the car back to the dealer only to be told there is a “known issue”.
Has anyone else had these issues and if so, is there a fix?
thank you

I have a 4 month old Lexus NX450h+ and have experienced the same "Profile not loaded" message in addition to "System disconnected See Owners Manual" with an image of the radio fin and an asterix. The dealer has reset my profile a couple of tims and said they are aware of the issue. The later they have no idea though I suspect that the antenae has a weak connection or chip issue. The message comes up when I am starting my car and quickly disappears...too fast for me to snap a picture. Has anyone had a similar experience?
