No matter how often I try, the profile always goes back to
guest. When I put the key fob over the starter it goes to my profile
but when I start the vehicle the next time brings up guest again.
Help w/b appreciated.

 

Try resetting and replacing the current driver.

 

I was having the same issue. I’m not sure exactly what step I took that finally corrected it but this is what I did:

I removed my profile and reconnected to the Lexus app. Then I setup the digital key and used the card size key to sync with the car/profile. Once I did this it finally took my profile. I did setup the digital key with a normal car key, which I would never carry with me, and it didn’t work.

I also removed and paired my phone again.
