Just picked up my 2026 350h Luxury yesterday and have the same issue had with a loaner one i had recently and the 2025 nx 350 i just turned on. When requesting a destination continually get a solid blue line on the route regardless of the traffic rather than the yellow or red that i used to get until a month ago. With three different vehicle’s having the same issue something must be amiss. i can not be the only one with this issue
I think you'll find that a substantial majority of people use Android Auto or Apple Car Play for navigation. Even before our subscriptions ran out, we all tried it, played with it, held our noses as long as possible, then abandoned it for our better phone apps. I'm sure Lexus nav is a hit with the flip-phone crowd or those with 50MB of mobile data for their phones, but most of us have probably moved on and treat Lexus nav just as a curiosity now at this point.

Ask your dealer to help you. You have a warranty for this. You could even point out the loaner had same issue. They have the tools to look into your software and see if there's any issues going on.
Can someone out there please put in a destination in the nav and hopefully there is traffic and you will be able to let me know if you have something other than the blue line on your route.
I just verified it's happening to me, too. 2025 NX350h. Went on a 15 mile trip this morning and encountered traffic that USED to show up as yellow/red but it was solid blue the whole time. NOT GOOD!
So I’ve been following this thread. Coming from a 2026 NX with an active subscription. I predominantly use Apple CarPlay for navigation. However, today I decided to test the built-in Lexus navigation and check out if I could see traffic.
As you can see traffic is displayed on the map. However, it is in a very thin light green indicator. to make things worse, it gets overlapped when you have a navigation route running. As you can see on the images below, the navigation blue line totally hides the green traffic indicators.
The green line does turn red in the outskirt areas when I was driving. so yes traffic is displayed, but it’s overshadowed by the navigation line. This is a very poor design. Not sure if it’s by Google or Lexus. I can see if you are paying for the service and are not able to see active traffic would make you upset.
that us not a good example. The issue is when you put in a destination and there is traffic the solid line always shows blue no matter what the
traffic is. I have had three different vehicles in the last two months and had the same issue as was another forum member who just posted. .There is
definitely an issue here
It is a good example. The blue line is my navigation line. That’s the route. I’m traveling to home. The green thin lines show traffic. It changes from red orange and green depending on traffic. I suspect that it does change red, but it’s below blue navigation line.
in my opinion it sounds like a mapping issue than Lexus issue. Not sure if Apple uses Google maps or something else.Today I drove home using Apple Maps and the traffic indicator was just fine.
I will take your word that it may not be like this couple of months ago. I did not have my car a couple of months ago, so I cannot validate that for you, but I’m assuming you’re right. it may have looked different. But I’m posting what I see now.
