Have a 2024 NX with a scratch console trim ring around cup holders. I found the cup holder replacement but have to remove the entire top console trim. Appears to be mostly clips? Does anyone know where to find a video of someone removing this model or has anyone here done it and wouldn't mind some intel?

I installed a disable device for the auto start stop which required me to dismantle the center console. i posted some pictures showing the process which comes pretty close I think to what you want to do. You can check it out at the link below. Yes, the whole thing is put together with clips:
