I just checked the trunk of my 2025 NX 350h Premium and there was no tire repair kit. It must only be the Luxury trim.
The towing eyelet and screwdriver were there, though.
From the Lexus manual (circa 2022). "The Emergency Puncture Repair Kit" is in the trunk
The repair kit is not included with RFT cars.
■ Jack and tools
As your vehicle is equipped with run-flat tires or an emergency tire puncture repair kit,
the following tools for replacing a tire are not included with your vehicle. They can be
purchased at your Lexus dealer.
● Jack
● Jack handle
● Wheel bolt socket
● Guide pin
● Wheel bolt wrench
And it's for good, as these slimy kits are unreliable garbage that may prevent proper repair by patching from inside. Get a plug kit and inflator pump instead, it's cheap alternative if you didn't drive on zero psi.
Nothing is included except screwdriver, and wheel lock key bit if wheels come with locks from McGard. Note all these are marked with [*: If equipped] in the manual except screwdriver.
Cars shipped from Japan by ship have towing eyelet but only because it's used on ships to secure the vehicle.
I've had exactly 1 flat tire in my almost 53 years of driving. I'll rely on CAA should something catastrophic happen. I do have an inflator in the car and am not too happy I had to buy that for this car. I saw a photo of the next gen RAV 4 with a spare in the trunk. Lets hope Lexus goes back to that.
As midcouw3 mentioned, Discount Tire / America's Tire will fix this for free. They don't care if they didn't sell you the tires. They just want to earn future business. This is actually why I started buying my tires from them 20 years ago.
If this is an OEM RFT, Discount tire said to not plug RFT punctures (I had a screw in one of mine). They removed the tire, patched it from the inside, and put it back on the wheel.
I switched to Discount Tire 17 years ago for the same reason. Smart business model they have.
You could have gone to Discount Tire (Oregon has Discount Tires) and they would have fixed it for FREE! If not too far you could have driven on 27 PSI without affecting the sidewalls on OEM RFTs. You don't say how long is is at 27 PSI; I would pump up to normal PSI, in your case it looks like 37 PSI.
Same as JasDmw, Canadian Executive model 350h 2022, nothing but AN AMAZING SCREWDRIVER (So you know you're SCREWED when you go look to see what your car has to deal with a flat) and the wheel lock socket! No jack, no tow hook, NO you getting any help from Lexus!
Bought all that I need after the fact and keep in my trunk.
I've seen in some of the most recent news on upcoming 2026- 27 new models from Toyota and Lexus. Looks like they got the message and most are showing a fix a flat kit included under the floor.
