My wife's brand new NX450h is displaying this error code on the infotainment. Anyone experience this previously? I searched the forum but did not see a similar thread.

Yes, I get error code 106 on my NX. The dealer tried to update without success. They said they have seen the issue a few times.
Mine will download the update but will freeze & log the error code during install.
They asked for me to bring it back and they will work with the Technical group to resolve the issue

Looking at Lexus Owner Club. this question was asked and the consensus answer was that the Lexus server was down. Did any of you on this thread finally get you software update loaded without error? Good Luck.

I had an issue earlier because of the server being down, but that was in mid-February. My issue with the update error code I had it at the dealer 2 weeks ago. I'm waiting to bring it back until the winter tire change rush is over

 

This has not displayed the last two days. Hopefully it was a server issue as mentioned above.
