Run flat tires
So I had the run flats put on last Thursday and immediately noticed the difference. Much noisier than the Michelin X-Ice tires I use for winter. The run flats have about 6&7 MM tread depth left, so will likely require replacement next year.
However, having watched the review up thread, I'm concerned. All tires are a trade off, but the stopping distance of the CC2's I was thinking of getting worries me. Seems that distance is much longer than a "summer" tire in dry conditions. My X-Ice tires have 9&10MM depth left (lots of life), so I'm reconsidering my options and may just put on some good conventional 3 season tires while continuing to do the seasonal swap.

I think Primacy also comes in a RFT version. I think I had that on my prior BMW (which had 17” wheels; the subsequent one had 18” wheels and the Primacy wasn’t available) and they were pretty decent.
That said, the prevailing wisdom is to stick with OEM tires if you liked them when new because the manufacturer goes through a lot of trouble to make sure they are putting a tire that provides the best driving experience so that customers test driving and comparing the car to competitors will want to buy the car.

I'm of the same position as well. I also have about the same tread depth left on my OE tires too, and swap out for much better riding snows each winter as well. I've seen mentioned that Michelin's current all season Michelin Primacy 4 Plus Tire is due for an update to be named 'Primacy 5 Plus'. Hopefully they will rise to the top of the pack when it finally comes out, and hopefully when it's time to replace my tires too.

They are not going to save much if nobody wants to buy their cars. There was a time when that was true (per the above tirerack article) but that is no longer the case.
My tires were ready for replacement. I decided to ditch the run flat tires. They felt stiff and I did notice the road noise.
I went with the Michelin. CrossClimate2 235 /50 R20 104V XL BSW. So far they are quieter and smoother. I also purchased the AirMan ResQ Pro + which was recommended by Consumer Reports. It includes a tire inflator and liquid sealant. It will fill small holes (smaller than 5mm I think) and allow you to get to a tire shop.

I have not noticed a difference. We do mostly drive in electric mode.
I went and looked, but the 450H+ just shows eMPG and miles per KWH. I could not find a history of MPG.
We drive up to the mountains during the winter so I prefer the better snow and rain performance of the tires.
