Ready to buy NX250 Premium. Was very impressed with loaner with 14" screen. Most inventory is only the 9" screen which now seems too small, similar to my 2012 ES. 1). How is size measured - TV screens are diagonal. My 2012 ES is 6"horizontal, 7" diagonal. My 2017 RX is 11" wide, 12" diagonal, with the actual casing 14"wide. 2) Can dealers switch out screens or is simply new car required with original 14".

Salesman at dealer said 14"screen cannot be ordered with '25 NX 250 Premium model. Lexus.com site had "Build" module which not reject my selections. Anyone aware of this?

Lexus online configurator lets you configure 14inch screen with Premium package on 2025 NX250. I would say your dealer is wrong or maybe doesn't have one in his/her allocation.
YMMV,
