^^^ Because making and installing that many stickers would bankrupt them!
Easier would be just two stickers - one showing where to ground (even though there are several safe points, just pick one), and a a big “POS JUMP IN FUSE BOX” sticker.

Why they should bother with not to jump stickers/labels for some silly people, when they clearly showed where to connect your + and -

Well first off by all the comments that show up on this forum, I'm certain there's quite a few people that haven't got a clue what a manual is, where to find it and how to read it. So they go to Google and see there's a Lexus forum they can go to to get someone to answer their question.
They've bought a car costing thousands of dollars and think they can treat it like a refrigerator (the simple ones that don't even need to replace those water filters). end of rant

And that guy in the video above really needs to read the manual.

LSFT, perfect video update...which tells us where NOT to connect the Negative terminal.... no more guessing, no more "groundless claims"..... : )
Lexicon1, I did what you said, I tested this theory and guess what, you are absolutely correct. Now the car won't start and there is a strong burnt smell coming from the ECU. Oh, by the way, Lexicon1, you have a really nice car, but you will need to call a tow truck to get it towed.

Oh, for sure!

When AAA came to jump my battery last spring, I was told, "this may be the last time we are going to be allowed to do this because too many tow truck guys are frying the electrics on these Lexus hybrid cars."

He never went to the actual battery, and as has already been pointed out, that is not how the process is described in the manual.

Everybody that does not have a hybrid jumps it from the battery.

Thanks for your input on this matter. But Lexus/Toyota documentation states different and this is coming officially from the OEM where NOT to clamp the negative. Again, as you stated if you can boost from the metal bar from the engine that would be the most safe place.

The simple fact is current will change all you theoretical assumptions that there is a good ground with a bolt or nut head. How the heck do you think a fuse works!!! Good ground yup, a lot of amps, oh crap! the fuse blew! no ground now, I melted so you wouldn't ruin your equipment on this circuit! Well a simple tiny piece of metal like a tiny bolt head is never a healthy ground to choose to jump a car! Electricity will always find a path of least resistance. Follow the direction of the Manufacturer of the car, full stop! Otherwise you're on your own, zap away senseless people.

I still think that the simplest solution is to lengthen the Earth lead on the booster and use the designated earthing point on the engine:
