Do you see other options in Carista? Can you change them?
It probably matters how you connect the Carista to the car.
1.The car is completely turned off.
2. Insert the OBD II adapter.
3. Turn on the ignition (multimedia and climate control will start, but the engine will not start)
4. Launch the Carista program and connect it to the OBD II adapter.
5. Wait until Carista connects to the car.

After this, you can change options in different sections of Carista.

You need to follow the steps I described above. The dealer may see these changes, but only if he specifically looks for them. Why he needs this is not clear. In order to deny your warranty, the dealer must prove that it was this change in the parameter that led to the occurrence of a warranty claim.Toyota/Lexus cars do not strive to record in detail all changes in the car software, so it is unlikely that the dealer will look for changes at all.In VAG cars everything is different, changes in settings are recorded there, but even there the dealer does not bother himself with searching for these changes.
