Default Creaky suspension

I have creaky suspension when going over speed bumps on a new NX350 with OEM 20" wheels and tires (not F sport). See video attached. It happens when going over bumps the first 20min driving each day. It goes away after that. Sounds like my grandmother's Oldsmobile from decades ago. Service tech checked it out for safety and function. I assumed he checked linkages, bushings, shocks, springs, etc. He said it's normal to have suspension noise since I have performance wheels and performance tires. Do your 20" wheels make this suspension noise? Any thoughts how to resolve this?

I have the 20" too, non F-sport. My suspension is quiet. I think what the service tech meant to say was its normal for them to dismiss noises they don't want to bother fixing. But if as you say the noise goes away after a while, there is a chance the noise might go away by itself as the suspension wears in. Not sure how long you've had it, I'm in about 7 months now and the first 2 or 3 months I found the suspension quite harsh, but now its pretty good. I suppose that means its all down hill from here.

My car sat in the service lot 3 days before they looked it. Maybe they are too busy to do much. Maybe warranty work isn't a money maker. Disappointing though. Hope the sound goes away. I haven't felt any harshness in the suspension other than 20" wheels plus run flat tires can be a little rougher.
