Looking through the build I see the 350h Premium has 2 adjustments and the luxury trim has 4 on the seat lumbar adjustments. I have a fusion in my back and want to make sure on long trips I will be comfortable. Any comments appreciated especially if you have used both.

 

Seat comfort is really a personal thing. No matter what folks say, you'll know if it's comfortable once you sit in the chair for a while.

My suggestion would be to go look around to see if you can find a dealer who has the 4way and 2way optioned vehicles sitting on the lot/showroom and just take a seat. They might even let you sit in any of the "already sold" ones if you're just going to sit and not drive the car.

 

This is one of the reasons I went for the package I did. Here in Canada, the 4 way lumbar adjustment is only available with the Executive pkg, basically the one with all available options. Previous RX was missing this. Recently drove to Montreal, a 6+ hour trip each way. Really enjoyed having the up/down adjustment along with the fore/aft. My back can be a pain occasionally. This really helped.
