Default towing capability option question

Shopping for a NX 450h+.
Noticed that some builds include the following option for $160:

'2,000-lb Towing Capability- May Require Additional Accessories.'

Does anyone know what exactly this adds? And if a build doesn't include this can this be added later by the dealer?

I think the website says it adds extra cooling capacity on the electric motors, which would probably be very cost prohibitive to add after manufacture. If anyone finds that the electric motor radiators are the only thing different, then it could be added with moderate cost. I'm sure it has overheat warnings, if needed, if you were to abuse the vehicle too aggressively towing with either setup; just might get there sooner without the extra cooling. There are no brake, spring, sway bar, or frame changes to magically allow a (higher) tow rating.

I also read that it may be a larger 'transmission cooler'... So extra cooling capacity makes sense.

My main concern is whether I can still have a hitch reciever installed and use it to carry a couple of bikes... I presume the answer is yes, as I'm not towing anything in that case.
