Default 2022+ Lexus NX350 Problems Exposed | Real Owners Perspective

Having 6,000+KM on the car now and having owned it for 3 months I wanted to share some of the main problems and flaws I have faced as an owner. My wife and I both love the 2023 Lexus NX350H we have, but these are some problems we have relayed to Lexus Canada as feedback in the hopes they will be resolved to really perfect the experience. Overall, I wanted to make this video to make sure people are aware of these issues and in our opinion, none of these are "deal breakers" assuming Lexus does come out with fixes to address this. I am happy to see one issue for the shaking driver-side mirror they released a TSB for, so I hope Lexus is listening to customers and addressing these issues.

Anything I missed?

I'm still scratching my head a bit why Lexus put those little buttons on the inside the door handles. I get why they put the electronic openers on the inside for the safe exit system, but Toyota/Lexus has been using touch sensitive door handles to unlock for almost 20 years now. I personally been using them since 2006 on my Camry Hybrid and RX450h and they worked flawlessly the entire time. I don't see why they needed a little button to unlock and release the door, why else would you grab the door handle. Seems to go against the ToyLex don't fix if its not broken methodology.

Same here with my IS250 and IS350. Let's see if they address it.

Especially since they've been freezing up in the winter for some people.
