Default Tread Depth Mismatch

Got an 2019 NX300h. AWD, but rear wheels are controlled by independent electric motors correct? Looking at buying a set of used snow tires and wheels (off a different NX) ... but one of the tires is new, and may have a tread 2-3/32 larger than the other - ie say 10 v 7-8/32. If I put the mismatched set on the back, should the mismatch really matter? there is no power going from the front to the back wheels on this car is there?

thanks

Yes, the traction/stability control will notice the mismatch in wheel speed, it's not just the physical drivetrain.
