Does anyone know if there are any other brake systems (caliper, rotor, pad, etc) from other Lexus models that are compatible (bolt-on if possible) with the NX without heavy modification?

 

For the front end, pads and rotors are shared with the 3rd gen RX350, Highlander, and Sienna of similar years.

I have EBC USR rotors and Hawk LTS pads in front and factory Toyota pads in the rear. With this combo, initial brake balance was preserved, while terminal brake power was greatly increased. I also have Wilwood 4# RPVs on each master cylinder to ABS module line and Audi RS3 brake ducts modified to fit. Haven't found the brake system wanting since all of them were installed.

Pardon the blue stripes in the photo below. This was taken when the pads were newly installed and still in the process of mating to the rotor surface.
