2019 NX 300 Base - I lost one of my keyfobs and wanting to make a replacement. What is the best way to save money so that I don't have to spend hundreds at a dealer?

I was thinking about buying a ready to be programmed key fob off the internet (HYQ14FBA) and using a lock smith with right tools to do it. What do you guys suggest?

Get a new keyfob that has not been programmed, then get a TIS cable and program it yourself. Youtube has good tutorials.
