Hello, I am considering adding the Lexus OEM roof rack to my 2019 NX F-Sport. Does anyone have this? Does it make noise on the highway?

I don't really need it to load things up top, more just for how it looks. To make it look more sporty, etc. Discountpartsmonster has a good price on it.

 

Seriously? You want to spend money to make your vehicle uglier and less aerodynamic and use more fuel and more wind noise?

I agree with no1SomeGuy...unless you have an actual use for it, don't do it. And if compelled, there are better looking ones than the OEM roof rack.

 

If he likes the look let him enjoy upgrading his NX. The roof rack makes the NX more of a all terrain SUV look not really sporty. I would love to know which non OEM racks look the best. Can use when buying a Christmas tree.

 

do a search, you'll see some who have a Thule roof rack installed

 

Simple Answer: Yes it makes wind noise but it’s not so bad. My wife has the OEM roof racks on her NX but she was dying to have them and it makes her happy.
