I assume you meant that you received a relay that you are going to plug into the wiper deicer socket in the engine compartment fuse box. It's unusual that so many circuits use the same relay part number but maybe not that much based on the simple function a relay performs.

Welp looks like I won't get to check this out and try it. Idiots ended up replacing the windshield without the heating element. I looked at the windshield and there is none. Also appears they scratched the driver side door. Bunch of idiots. Appreciate all the help and it looks like if the windshield gets cracked again I will then specify to another place about the windshield wiper de-icer feature.
