Default How To Rewire +\- Shifter?

Does anyone know how to rewire the +\- shifter on the gear selector so that it is the opposite pattern? Essentially, Down for +, and Up for -, similar to instructions for another car below.

I do, does that make me an idiot too? Although I normally use the paddles except sometimes when turning...manual mode allows the transmission to shift faster than any other mode too, even versus any of the sport s or sport s+ modes. There's an entire section on shift logic in the lexus tech docs, it's quite interesting.

I agree with OP that they're reversed from what they should be on the NX.
