Default Difference in suspension between 2WD and 4WD

Hi,
Dears, сould you explain me the difference in suspension between 2WD and 4WD, namely, shock absorbers and springs
The essence of the issue, found coilovers Megan Racing (Lexus NX200t 2015+ 2wd only - Street Series Coilovers - MR-CDK-LNX15), but they are written in the description that for 2WD, and I have a 4WD, will coilovers fit my car?
Or have the big different between 2WD and 4WD

Thank in advance, and sorry for English.

I'm fairly certain the only difference is spring/damper rates between the two to account for the difference in weight of the AWD system.
