Default Rear Air vent question

My car is 2018 NX300 . I just noticed my rear vent did not blow air at all. The vent is open and outside temperature is 80. I have set temperature at 66. Would it be possible because of I don't have passengers in the rear seat? Dose anyone know our NX has S-flow feature?
"The Lexus S-Flow System uses sensors to detect if the front passenger seat is occupied and if it isn’t, the system shuts the vents so to efficiently deliver air only to the driver and not the unoccupied seat. The system does the same for the back seats when the S-Flow System is on".

Have you checked the lower right button? When lit, it indicates you've got the rear air off!

The 2018 model does not has this button, but I did find the S flow function in A/C option. It turns out if you have this option enable, the rear air vent will not blow the air.

That's the entire point of that setting, was going to say go through the infotainment climate controls in the extra options thingy.
