Default clear coat finish

Does the 2019 NX have the old fashioned clear coat finish, or is it the new-fangled "self repairing)" (HA) clear coat.?
If it's the new stuff, 1) Has anyone had problems with it, and 2)have they ironed out any problems with it? I have read some not so great things about it, just wondering if i should be aware of anything..

unfortunately it has the new self repairing paint. And it is complete trash. Every bird poo or sticky leaf will leave unwashable stains after a day. The only way to fix it is to polish a car but you cannot polish it more then several times in a lifetime.

Default Clear coat finish

Thanks Nickage87,
Last question-- what was the first model year with this self repairing paint, and did ALL Lexus products have it? I"m asking because I had a 2014 and a 2016 Lexus ES350, ALWAYS parked outdoors in a condo lot, in the sun, on the ocean, in Florida, and had no problems at all. It would be great to know whether they had this paint or not. That should give me a good idea what to expect.on my NX. Thanks in advance.

Just a note to those reading this post. Lexus has informed me that the 2014 and 2016 Lexus E350 DID NOT have the self repairing paint.
