Can the door automatically lock after u leave car?
Can you program the car so it automatically locks after turning car off and fob leaves with you like in a parking lot? My son can do this on hos Honda Civic. Wondered if Lexus has the ability. Thanks.
Not in my 2016, the doors will relock about 1 minute after you unlock them with the fob if you don't actually open the door. However, taking the fob out of the car will not cause it to lock. I see the appeal in this, but locking the car is just what I have done all my life. I would find this feature extremely annoying if it locked the car in my garage all the time.

As the others said, this does not have walk away locking but it’s so easy to lightly touch or brush your hand in the outside of the door handle and lock the doors, after all are closed of course. We also have a Ridgeline with the autolock feature and sometimes it’s hard to remember which vehicle locks which way. We have walked away from the Lexus a couple of times forgetting to lock it since the purchase of the Ridgeline.
