- LEXUS ENGINEER IS COMING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THE CLUNK IS COMING FROM.

I need popcorn!! But I give them credit - they gave me nice loaner and are trying to figure it out, not to pet me on the shoulder and tell me "it's normal". To be honest, as it clunks going over speed bumps, I think it's either sway bar bushing or one of the power train mounts. Oh well.

I'll update as it develops.

The money they make on warranty is less than they make on normal repairs to consumers. Some dealers resent warranty work as they could be deploying their staff on more profitable jobs (assuming a full shop).

I really don't get how JR classifies size of vehicles.

They call ES 350 a "compact car" and the Toyota Corolla is also classified as "compact car". True, they call the ES "premium", but really? Corolla and ES and both called compact?
