Default Lexus NX 2015 touchpad / cursor problem

Hi everyone,

Yesterday and this morning, when I started my NX, there was non cursor on the screen so the touchpad was not functional. I can't use it !
Anything can be done with the touchpad :-(

How to reset this problem ?

try powering off the entertainment system by pressing the power button for a while.

then there's the option to yank the battery for 15 minutes

I've never tried it myself, but I've read, in other posts here, that you can re-boot the entire enfotainment system by pressing and holding down the volume down button on the steering wheel for about 20 seconds. If your problem persists, that might be worth a try.

Talk to the tech guys at your Lexus dealer or just ask them to fix it!

Anytime I've had a question or problem that just seemed odd, they've been gracious and willing to help....for free.

Thanks to typocl / lesz / DampDuffer for your post :-)
Nothing works ... so I went to the dealer yesterday and ... the touchpad had an error code.
Lexus will replace / change the whole touchpad by the end of this week or in the beginning of next week.
