I just got an 2018 NX and have issues getting my iPhone X to show texts. I selected show notifications on the phone but only see the recent call list in the vehicle and the messaging page is blank. Any suggestions or remedy?

 

Same issue here. It works great in our 2017 Prius but can’t make it happen yet in the NX.

 

A few things, it doesn't download all messages on your phone to the car. The car's phone screen will only show the texts you've gotten while you were in the car. Make sure the setting "Show on lock screen" is turned on. Make sure the phone isn't unlocked and on the messaging page. If the phone thinks you're looking at the phone's text screen, it doesn't send it to the car. Lastly, try a hard reset. I'm not sure how to do that on an iPhone X.
