Any problems with your NX so far?
biggest problem Im seeing is that my wife is driving her 2017 fsport awd model too much as it has 10k miles now in what....maybe 6-7 months....crazy....no issues other than she loves it. I still hate the infotainment/nav...but so far rock solid. by comparison my wifes old 06 lexus had 120k miles in 12 years
Again, if not for this issue, I would be 100% satisfied with my NX. I love everything else about it, and it seems that my issue is unique. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this car to anyone else.

those with sluggish transmissions/shifts...I have owned cars in past with paddle shifters that have improved this issue, and the good thing is that if you forget to manual shift, the car still shifts for you so its still automatic to protect engine...however Im not sure about this engine, just something to try. maybe i will try it out when wife gets home from work, but I really dont have issue with nx other than normal turbo lag, boost spin up time.
I have the same issue with the transmission/engine hesitation. The car would act like the gears don't catch on a shift and more like a engine misfire than anything else. I noticed it more in stop and go traffic while in eco mode. Since 30k miles it's gotten more noticeable and I stopped using eco mode altogether. Is it the programming? Has anyone gotten a response from a dealer about this issue?
Lets see, voice commands are terrible even after going through the set up procedure twice. I don't have an accent (except that I come from Joisey). I never use the cars voice commands in the vehicle, Siri Eyes Free is much easier and very rarely gets anything wrong. The rear cargo cover rattles. Wind noise is horrible. Engine is quiet (when you don't have your foot on the gas pedal). Drivers seat does not always move forward to preset position when starting the vehicle. I could go on but not sure it will prove anything.
Had a dealer fitted tow bar fitted before delivery, only to find that the bar was made overseas, I live in Australia, and it was manufactured not square crocked as a dogs hind leg. The dealer ordered a replacement only to find the same problem, not the dealers fault they have tried their best, fault lies with Lexus Australia, their customer service is dreadful, problem reported 31/5/17, still no answer. Nice vehicle but total lack of customer support. Should have purchased the Subaru.
Beware when you order a vehicle with a tow bar, check it first. Good luck if you live in Australia.

And, the worst rattle of all is the subwoofer in the hatch. They’ve insulated this as well but I notice that when my car sits in the sun for a while the rattle comes back.
Since this thread has been brought back from the dead, I’ve had two additional problems. The first is the screen delamination which the dealer replaced under warranty. The second is the left button on the mirror broke. It’s the one we use for the garage door. Instead of replacing the mirror, I programmed the center button for the garage door. So far, we are very happy with this car.
I finally got the Vacuum Regulator Valve buzzing noise. When I talked to the tech he didn't seem to know about this problem. I had to point him to the TSB.

my wife nx/2015 has ~39000 miles. water pump replaced under warranty....isn't this too early to break down?? my concern is when the NX reach ~80000 miles, i'd may have to replace and pay out of own pocket!!
