I floored the NX earlier, had it up to redline and all, and I guess I had maxed out all the boost from the turbo cause at the end, the turbo gauge lite up. Never noticed it before. And the level of noise from the engine shot up. I quickly let off the gas pedal. The car ran fine afterwards and no indication of anything bad. Not sure if this is normal. Has this ever happened to anyone here? Thoughts and inputs?

Has anyone seen the turbo gauge light up? Assuming due to maxing out the psi?

It turns yellow/orange at max boost. You'll be fine.

^^^+1 Normal when boost hits 15 psi, up to 17. For the extra sound you hear, it's probably from the ASC (Active Sound Control) enabled (scroll wheel on lower dash). Enjoy your NX!
