NX Airflow mode problem

NX Airflow mode problem
I have NX 200t 2016. The airflow mode have problem. when i switch it to upper body, it flows from feet and when i switch it to feet, it flows from upper body.also the air outlet at top of the watch does not work and not blow.
may anyone help me
