yes, they did. And they are selling like crazy. I see the restyled 2016s all over the place here.

My insurance is actually going up about $40.

Not surprised actually. When I had a beater Civic Si Coupe I traded in for my new '08 IS, my insurance dropped significantly more! Factoring out your own driving record, the value of the car plays less of a role than its statistics on theft and accident rates - the Civic was poor for that throughout Canada. In any event, $40 is like spending an extra tank of gas per year - no biggie.
