Looks sooooo much better. Here is an idea Lexus engineers, take off those cheap black plastic wheel well covers. Design them so they can be snapped on and sell them as an accessory to increase revenue for those that want them. Lexus being Toyota's luxury brand should distinguish the NX from the RAV4. They are on the Honda CRV and they are not on the MDX or the RDX. They are on the Nissan Murano and not on the Infinti QX's.

They did a good job on the plastic, we have a white nx and i like the two tone look of it. That area of the car gets rock chips etc often and I don't mind them putting in the plastic. I do think this may be a better color scheme for your color though.

If I had not painted the wheel wells and other black plastic parts, I probably would have applied the product "Wipe New" which would provide some shine and protection. I have used it on my Tacoma black plastic parts, and it looks really good and last a long time (months).

Agree with this. I feel my ultra white looks better with the black trims. I've seen ultra whites that have painted trims and it doesn't look right to me.

Rav 4 Platinum is offered with all of the horrbile black plastic trim painted in body colour and is stunning...why Lexus has not caught up, I have no idea. I never saw the Platinum model in Florida before coming back to Canada for the summer but a friend of mine just bought one in Pearl White and it looks great. In fact, it was a toss up between the Rav Platinum and the NX and the Rav won out simply because he disliked the black plastic and both of us are fanatics about keeping cars clean and we both know how difficult it is to keep that black crap looking good. Toyota only offers the Rav Platinum in about 5 colours (at least in Canada anyway). It is one model higher than the limited (about $1400 Cdn) and includes the foot operated tailgate, and footwell lighting as well as the colour keyed plastic trim, 5 door smart entry and couple of other unique trim features.
