Is the step brushed metal or chrome?

Also, is there a pdf for the instructions?

Also, OP, can you get a picture of the NX from further away? I want to see how noticeable the boards are. Thank you

FInally, pricing, what was the cheapest pricing you were able to find? On various sites, the cheapest I have been able to find is $550. Being that I've never owned a SUV before, is that reasonable?

OEM running board install instructions are here:

It's brushed, not chrome.

It's brush metal. Retail here is 750 for them. I got 15 percent off. So 550 usd is a good deal

OP, looks better than I expected. It does almost look like a side skirt. Really complements Obsidian and the rest of the chrome on the car. Now you got me thinking about it...

As per Swacer, more pics a little further back would be greatly appreciated.

Check this thread out. There are some nice photos posted from all angles from typocl.

I would think you would need mud guards to keep the boards from getting crapped up.

Also, one poster had a good question, if you live in snow country does snow and ice and slush build up making it hard to open doors? At least I can see it adds something else to clean up after a snow storm if your NX is outside.

The install doesn't look too bad. I will need to buy a dremel to be able to do the cutting portion.

I just can't believe people paid their dealership $1k with labor to install that. My goodness....
