I have noticed that the backup camera is too bright at night. I adjusted the contrast and brightness so its ok now but its dark during the day. Can anyone tell me what setting you use for your camera? Is it suppose to adjust automatically for night vs day?

 

I actually have mine set to the darkest setting. At night it become very distracting and bright, and drink the day I don;t really need it, I just look in the mirrors which are always at the perfect brightness and very clear

 

No auto adjustment for day/night.

I do use the mirrors but I like to use the camera as the rear window is so small. Thanks for the settings and pictures. I will give it a try. I currently have the contrast lower and brigtness the same.
