Default Headliner / visor cleaner?

Can anyone recommend a product/process to clean what looks like dirty hand smudges off of my headliner and visor? The manual doesn't really address the issue?

The headliner is royal pain to clean. They are usually very fragile and vulnerable to pilling (like a sweater). I would post in the detailing forum where you are bound to better answers.

...and then post back here when you find the answer to the question!

I use a Shout wipe on mine. It has a tiny amount of solvent but is not abrasive.

Honestly, I use a damp clean rag with just a touch of dish soap and wipe away the dirt and go over it again with another damp clean rag with no dish soap. Probably not a good idea but my headliner doesn't get dirty often and seems to work like a charm.

I use Griots Garage interior cleaner. Their other products work well too.

+1

Only difference is I use a microfiber cloth which is lint free.
