15,000 Mile Service
So I brought my 2015 Lexus NX 200T F-Sport in for its 15,000 mile service and they told me it would be around $400. Any thoughts or input on this? This seems a little high personally to me and most of it looks unneccesary. Here's some pictures of the quote.

That's terrible. It doesn't fall in line with the actual Lexus maintenance schedule. Air filters, for example, are replaced at 10k and 20k, not 15k. What is "oil conditioner"? Wiper blades? They should be inspected, but it's doubtful they'd need to be replaced at this point. Battery service? Huh?
I would either go somewhere else, bring them the maintenance schedule and ask them to quote that, and only that, or just take care of this yourself.

It looks like they added some "dealer recommended" items over and above what the manufacturer recommends. A classic profit grab. I agree, maybe time for find another dealer, indy shop or Toyota shop. If you do use the same dealer again, specify up front that you want only the Lexus recommended/required items and not the extra stuff they recommend.

I was given a fee schedule for all my services up until 196000 kilometers. At 15000 miles (24000 km) it is estimated at $79.95 for vehicle inspection and tire rotation. However, at 32000 km or 20000 miles a maintenance service is $368. Your $411 minus wiper blades ($48) is $363.
Did they do your maintenance service prematurely?
Or are the services costs in Canada vs. USA much different all together?

when I brought my RAV4 in for service at the Toyota dealer for regular service, prices seemed high.
then they switched to IPADS to set things up, and I could see on the screen different levels of service. I then got into the habit of always telling them I just want the basic service, which was always a good chunk cheaper.
With their previous computer system, they always just defaulted to a higher service package.

Dang! Where in TN are you?
Good thing I bought the full service package. I don't pay a penny except for tire rotation on the 5's. They cover them on the 10's...up to 90K miles.

A lot of that list is ridiculous.
I already replaced the wipers on my wifes car (ice had torn them up over the winter) for a grand total of......$15 for the inserts.
Modern fuel does not require a cleaner. Heck, they recommend you never replace your fuel filter anymore.
Your biggest hit is $200 for labor...which is ~2 hours worth. What in gods name are they doing for 2 hours? An oil change is the only labor intensive thing here. That should be $90 total.
Battery Service....lmao
They charged you for washer fluid? BAH AHAHAHAH
I'm somehow coming up $300 different from what you're being charged. That dealership is a joke.

First off, wow! 15k miles already? You must be enjoying your NX.
Agree with the comments above. Way too high for a basic inspection service with the only part to be replaced is the key fob battery, as per the factory recommendation. The dealer is also adding its own services/parts you don't need unless you notice they need replacing (i.e. wipers).
For perspective, an equivalent inspection service at my dealer in Canada (minus key fob battery replacement which we do every two years here) is a very reasonable $50. Hope this helps.

@30% exchange, it will cost you guys under $40 with tax.
There's an honest message in that amount which truly reflects the nature of the work - i.e. it's a simple visual inspection, that's it. Of course, if they "find" stuff to change, it will be more.
For more perspective, the main 10k mile service interval where there's actually a full oil change, topping of fluids, and lube of joints etc is still reasonable 159$. Again, this shows how inflated the dealer's quote presented to the OP is.
