NX Recall
6 hours is just a gross over estimate to allow them time to put everything back together. When you replace the ABS actuator, you have to bleed the brakes, and that will take you 1-2 hrs with 2 people.
Should take them 2-3 hrs for a good service department.

I'd have to lookup the build date, but mine was in the March delivery batch... so guesstimate would be Dec 2014 - Jan 2015 build date.
EDIT: Fixed build date

Checked my VIN against http://www.toyota.com/recall and it doesn't list any open recalls on my vehicle.

Just had my NX into the dealer for recall inspection. They determined that my vehicle is indeed affected.
So I guess at least in my case:
- VIN didn't show up as affected on the Toyota recall website
- Did receive official recall letter from Lexus
- Dealer inspection confirmed recall replacement is required
- Will have to take vehicle back in next week for a full-day appointment for the recall part-swap.
